Vegan RecipesBean DishesThis Recipe by Anne Lynch, Vegan Personal Chef (Pittsburgh, PA): Anne@HealingArtsByAmethyst.comMinestrone Skillet1 box (1 pound) medium-sized pasta shells1 can (15 ounces) green beans 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans 1 jar pasta sauce Boil pasta in a large pot according to package directions. Drain when finished, then return to the pot and add the green beans, kidney beans, and pasta sauce. Heat through on medium. Serve immediately. Optional: sauté fresh mushrooms while pasta is cooking, and add with the beans. |
